# PreemptiveBasicProxyAuth

This property specifies whether the connector pre-emptively authenticates against the proxy server using basic authentication, when a proxy connection is enabled.

* `1`: The connector pre-emptively authenticates the connection using basic authentication.
* `0`: The connector does not pre-emptively authenticate the connection using basic authentication.
